Perfect Gelato began with a personal challenge.

I can't have too much sugar, and I found that most desserts contain far more sugar than I was comfortable consuming. I wanted something I could truly enjoy without worrying about my health—a dessert that was naturally delicious, made with carefully selected ingredients, and didn't rely on excessive sugar or unnecessary additives.

As a mother, I also became more aware of the treats I was giving my children. I wanted them to enjoy something special, but I didn't feel comfortable with the amount of added sugar found in many everyday snacks and desserts. I wanted to create a better choice—something delicious that the whole family could enjoy.

At the same time, as someone who has always had dogs, there was another thought that stayed with me. Every time I enjoyed a treat, my dog wanted to share it with me. But I knew that many desserts and leftovers made for humans were not safe or suitable for dogs.

So, when creating Perfect Gelato, we carefully selected every ingredient with one simple idea: create a premium frozen dessert made with quality ingredients that people can enjoy and that is thoughtfully designed to be safe to share with their best friend.
